MW Group marks milestone with dedicated
Funds Management brand

The MW Group, which is home to one of WA’s most respected property investment advisory firms, Momentum Wealth, has marked a new milestone in the company’s growth with the launch of a dedicated funds management brand.

Westbridge Funds Management will bring together Momentum Wealth’s residential funds division with their commercial property funds management arm, formerly known as Mair Property Funds, under a dedicated brand providing investors with access to advanced investment opportunities.

Damian Collins, Managing Director of Westbridge and Momentum Wealth, said it’s an exciting step in meeting the growing needs of their investors.

The move by MW Group follows significant growth in their funds division, with the company increasing assets under management by four fold in the last 6 years to take the value of assets under management across their residential and commercial investment services to $500 million.

Mr Collins said the company is looking forward to continuing this growth under their new brand.
